Just an hour north of Grand Rapids, MI, the beautiful 1380-acre reservoir known as"Croton Pond" stretches 5 miles between the Croton and Hardy Dams. Croton Pond is part of the Huron-Manistee National Forest, and offers breathtaking nature in all seasons with high banks, low banks, sand dunes, natural wooded shorelines, and cold streams that lead to intricate waterfalls. It's the perfect destination for fishing, boating, kayaking, and beyond, and Eagles Landing Resort gives you access to all that and more! Eagles Landing Resort is a pristine, 5,000 SF open-floorplan home which sits on one acre, directly across from a private waterfront lot with 100 feet of frontage, (on a low bank), making it great for families. Play yard games, barbecue on the deck with our gas grill, and enjoy your first bundle of firewood on us for a vacation that's sure to make great memories.
The spacious, 7 bedroom home is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen with a large granite island, dishwasher and double ovens. It's the perfect space for family gatherings and church/youth retreats where kids and adults alike will enjoy our Theatre-Style Popcorn Machine with complimentary popcorn packets provided. We will provide you with fresh towels, linens, and an assortment of kitchen staples.
BEDROOMS:
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed.
The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
The fifth bedroom offers a king-size bed and an attached, semi-private ensuite with two twin-size beds.
The sixth and seventh bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed.
ENTERTAINMENT:
The upper and lower level family rooms offer 65"smart TVs, providing access to entertainment through Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and other streaming apps.
There are books and board games provided for your enjoyment.
The primary bedroom, BR2, and BR5 each have televisions.

LOCATION:
Eagles Landing Resort is located at 4820 River St, just 15 minutes west of U.S. 131, off of Croton Hardy Drive. You'll be able walk or ride a bike along the bike trail that stretches from the Croton Dam to the Hardy Dam, hike the Northern Trail of the Huron-Manistee National Forest, or bring your own mountain bike and explore the all-new Dragon Trail.
It's less than a mile to Gene's Market, M&J Hardware (& bait shop), Driftwood Bar & Grill or Red Anchor Restaurant.
Add'l Restaurants: Just a 10-20 minute drive away, you can find additional (fantastic) restaurants, including Hit the Road Joe, Newaygo Brewing Co, River Stop Cafe, Sportsmans Bar & Restaurant, Jimmy's Roadhouse, and Northern Trails.
Shops/Botiques: Enjoy the quaint shops of Newaygo where you will find shops like Jerkies Jerky Factory, Market 41 (antiques), 37 north (outdoor gear), Sui Generis (home furnishings), and Downtown Threadz (women's clothing & jewelry).
